Winnipeg
The House of the Azores of Winnipeg, initially called The Azorean Cultural Centre of Manitoba, was established on the 13 September 1992 and legalized on the 16 October of the same year. It was only when the Centre joined the World Council of the Houses of the Azores in 2001 that it was named the House of the Azores of Winnipeg.
The objectives of The House of the Azores of Winnipeg are to promote, preserve and divulge Azorean culture and foster bonds between the Azoreans that reside in that region of Canada and the Azores.
