Quebeque
Founded on the 18th of July 1978, the House of Azores of Quebec has the following objectives: to congregate the Azorean community that resides in Quebec; preserve and divulge its cultural values in their various manifestations; foment the enrichment of the House and promote the Azores in the province of Quebec. The House of Azores of Quebec is a member of the International Network of Social Service Organizations and, also, of the World Council of Houses of the Azores, since its foundation in 1997. In 1995 and 2000, the House of Azores of Quebec presided over the World Council.
Through the Regional Directorate for the Communities, the House of Azores of Quebec signed a protocol of cooperation with the Regional Government of the Azores.
